Doesn’t perform as promised
September 07, 2024Got a ML193UH system installed. Saleman said it would dehumidify better than old unit and would save energy. Small energy savings, great cooling, terrible humidity control. Unit only runs for five minutes at most. Installer says that is normal. Installer is authorized dealer but did not check static pressure, delta T, manual J, or any of that other stuff that installers don’t actually do. I think I need to slow down the AC fan speed to increase run time and improve dehumidification. Installer just wanted to sell me dehumidification equipment instead of making sure this AC unit is set up correctly. Will try asking Lennox for help but I am not expecting much.

Brand new,little over year old!
April 06, 2022Installed Nov.2020, had to replace inducer motor 1 month later.Very high pitched whistle! It would fade in and out.You could vaguely hear it during the day,at night very noticeable.Second motor bad as well,supposedly new! One more time, this one has a low tone that fades in and out! Trying to get some help from lennox, so far no help!
